ROCKIT Rising Star – a sleep trainer for children that teaches them when it’s time to get up

Does your child regularly wake up early and come straight over to your bed? With the ROCKIT Rising Star sleep trainer, your child learns in a simple and visual way when it’s time to get up.

This sleep trainer for children uses three clear colours. Your child doesn’t need to be able to tell the time: the colour tells them what to do.

RED – Stay in bed a little longer

It’s not time to get up yet. Your child knows they should stay in bed for a bit longer.

ORANGE – Almost time

Morning is coming. Orange shows that it’s almost time to get up.

GREEN – Time to get up!

The light turns green. Time to get out of bed and start the day!

A sleep trainer that rewards

The Rising Star isn’t just a sleep clock or children’s alarm clock; it also has a simple reward system.

After every successful night, your child can move a gold star up a little further along the strap. This makes progress visible and makes it fun for young children to practise waiting for the green light.

Here you can download and print out various fun reward posters for free, onto which you can stick the gold stars:

No need to be able to tell the time

Digital time or clock hands are often still difficult for young children to understand. The Rising Star makes it simple:

Red → wait

Amber → almost time

Green → get up

This gives your child a clear and recognisable signal.
